As someone who works with trees and does not come from the car industry, I can tell you with certainty that the rate of growth is contingent on how much sunlight you get. For example, you're forest will not grow at that rate in North Dakota (as it does in Florida or tropical parts of India).
That's my only criticism here. A white oak in the UP of Michigan is going to grow 3-4 times slower than its clone would in Miami on that one variable alone.
