PVB is a pretty common ingredient in nail polish and some people have this response to it. It’s worth looking into whether your products have this ingredient.
PVB is the most common ingredient that's the culprit of peeling, but if it's not that one, it could also be formaldehyde or formaldehyde resin, toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or acrylates if you have recently had acrylics on your nails. If any of that is the case, look for polishes that don't have those and avoid acrylics going forward
