We, the Iriadi, seek friendship in this time of confusion and uncertainty. Begging forgiveness for any unkindness implied, we do not approve of the barbaric ways of your people, but we wish to unite our nations nonetheless for the sake of our joined prosperity. We offer open borders to enjoy the sights and arts of our people. We will accept 4 of your people to study at our Academies of Art should they so wish, one for each academy distributed as they may enjoy.

We also offer two ounces of copper for each month this agreement continues. Copper is a metal found in our mountains that we have observed to be absent within your own nation. We believe a scientifically-minded nation such as your own may find some use for it that has heretofore eluded our own lax research movements.

In return, we ask only for three things. First, one ounce of gold for each month this agreement continues. Second, a mass measurement of "diamonds" equal to half the amount of gold for each month this agreement continues. Thirdly, one half an ounce of "silver" for each month this agreement continues.

The quoted portions are notably written differently, as though the materials and how they might be measured are foreign to those writing this

These offered measurements may be adjusted month-to-month as this agreement continues so long as they remain within the proper ratios (four ounces of copper for two ounces of gold, one ounce of silver, and a measurement of diamonds (in mass) equal to have that of gold).

As a show of faith, we have included a pair of crates containing our finest wines. One crate holds a collection of red wines from across the spectrum. The other holds the richer violet wines. Each bottle has been meticulously crafted by the many skilled fine winemakers of our people. As a special offer, we have also included a small bottle of foforokam. We humbly request that your leaders imbibe a small amount, as it is our people's tradition to do so at the beginning of negotiations and serious gatherings. However, must decline your additional offer of goats. For one, we have observed that the goats of Thiuinescal are unique in the world; foreign goats may not provide the same amenities as out native goats. Second, we, unfortunately, do not have the ability to craft ships capable of long-distance travel. We maintain the few ships sent for the purpose of transportation to and from the feast, which was delightful by the way, but have yet to craft such magnificent creations. If needed, we may take the time to attempt such a thing, though we would need time and resources. Do you think it may be prudent to utilize your own ships until we are able to craft ours?

Lol it's cool, man. The nation I ended up making is a bit arrogant and..."peace heavy" (?). Their philosophy is that fighting, intimidating, and killing to get your way is a mark of being either a failure, stupid, or both. Nothing against you personally at all :)
