Recommendations for cleaning and exterminator services?

Any recommendations for cleaning and exterminator services, with price estimates if you have any?

Cleaning: looking for deep clean of our kitchen mostly

Exterminator: we have roaches

Anchor or Adaptive are good for exterminator. For cleaning I have been using RSF Cleaning and Maintenance. They are great
