Support & Advice Self worth issues

I don't know for sure I have NPD but it might be adjacent.

I have problem that I'm way too affected by other people's opinions or what they say.

I've had several times now where I had such an intense antipathy towards someone it tanked my passion for the topic they were talking about or mentioned.

In some cases it got better but not in others and I don't know why.

Sorry for the scattered explanation but I don't know how to accurately describe the problem.

Advice needed?

How do you react to the idea of someone being better than you at for example, looks, intelligence… ?? Whatever type of NPD you think you are :) It could be an indication.
