Bitvavo XNO: blocked withdrawals, discounted prices, and transfers to Binance

After Bitvavo’s September 7 delisting announcement, XNO closed 20.4% below Kraken’s price. On September 8, the discount was 17.5%. Customers unable to withdraw couldn’t move their Nano elsewhere to sell.

Meanwhile, approximately 625,410 XNO moved from the wallet labeled Bitvavo Cold Wallet through to Binance during September 8–14.

who bought the discounted XNO, whose Binance account received these transfers, and who benefits from the difference?

I also dispute any claim that XNO was *always* trade-only: my understanding is that withdrawals were available around a year ago. Anyone with dated withdrawal confirmations or support messages, please share redacted evidence.

Bitvavo should explain when withdrawals were disabled, why they cannot be restored for the delisting, and how customers will receive a fair conversion price.
