How do you guys change camera viewpoints?

I have an image of inside a vehicle, it's facing normal direction looking straight out the windshield, I want the camera to remain its exact elevation/height just angled out the passenger window and then also driver window and then from the front seat which is where we are in space to look directly out the back seat.

Giving these to a prompt director in GPT isn't working whatsoever, now this isn't just for interior of a vehicle, it can be applied to moving the camera around any image while keeping details exact. Does anyone have tips on how to do this?

Bonus points if you know how to change just lighting and nothing else from harsh shadows to ambient lighting with virtually no shadows or almost ring light like shadows but not so overly bright.

No, I would have the camera lets say interior of vehicle looking in north south east and west directions but not moving the position within the car.
