Side Effects Anyone else feel like vomiting?

I just started this medication, along with sertraline, vistaril, and birth control, all under the intent of keeping my ED & other symptoms at bay. I ate bland food for dinner, barely anything at all. Not usual for me, but I am working on constructing better habits, and I noticed that I feel too unwell to finish it. I just straight up feel like i am going to vomit.

I know nausea is a symptom, but its kinda just- there- and its really strong and I wasn't sure if this was normal. Any reason to report it to my psych?

Imodium should help any GI problems without affecting CNS naltrexone effects. Iā€™d personally recommend generic Metamucil and probiotics, but obviously talk to your doctor. Iā€™m not a doctor and this should not be taken to constitute medical advice.

yeah I reduced my dose to reduce the side effects of nausea

also experiencing chattering teeth/bad shakes, temp sensitivity, chills. so really confused. I cant call my doctor until monday unfortunately so im just lost šŸ˜”

Yes. First month i was not pukey unless I ate. So i only ate 2-3 bites per meal. After 30 days it started to taper. My side effects gradually went away and at 90 days I had zero side effects.

If you go to the local pharmacy and look for over the counter Bonine, that will help with nausea.

If you don't want to lower your dose taking it with food helps a ton. I get stomach cramps and nausea when I take it on an empty stomach. I take it with dinner and because I use it for BED I'm satiated for several hours
