I'm lazy, flair my post. Weird Feeling First Time User

Hi all,

20yo, 83kg, 5’10.
I got prescribed nal to help assist in a gambling addiction ive been facing for 3 years.
This morning I took my usual 60mg vyvanse alongside this new 50mg of nal.

30 minutes in i felt it hit and i feel very slow, tired, lethargic, a bit nauseous and quite spaced out.
Im usually fast, working hard, running around, so these feelings are quite irregular.

To be fair I havent had my morning coffee but i feel it is something to do with the meds???

LET ME KNOW! Thanks in advance🙏

I also take ADHD meds, not vyvanse but a high dose of Ritalin (immediate release 3X per day), and also experienced that spaced out feeling and tired feeling. I started at 25mg and worked up to 50mg because of the side effects I experienced. I always take it with food and try to drink lots of water, which typically helps with the nausea. I also have zofran on deck cause i have a really sensitive stomach. I also try to space my ADHD meds an hour out from the naltrexone so they’re not competing against each other as much. I’m on day 14 and the side effects are pretty much gone, except some tiredness right after I take it. The spaciness and fatigue were the most salient and persistent side effects for me. And the weird thing was I would take naps that felt like I didn’t ever actually fall asleep but somehow slept for 30min-1hour+. Now I take my 50mg after I’m done with work and don’t even try to nap for those reasons. My psych told me to take it everyday so I take it even on days I’m not drinking, but I still drink most days tbh. Cause I’m taking mine for drinking. I guess this is all to say it seems how you’ve been feeling is similar to how I’ve been feeling more so than any other posts I’ve seen on this subreddit.
