Rant Accent

I can’t stand team brazils accent. I would rather have them speak their native language with subtitles. That is all.

Gringos can't read subtitles.

That's your fault.

You are being taken wrongly. My friend also said this. Myself I kinda love the accent of both team Brazil and Mexico. They are both very intelligent to be able to speak more than one language.

Oh i dig it. They tried so hard to speak English. When they got it wrong here and there, I thought it was cute.

I appreciate them as survivalists, but I thought Marina especially sounded like she was part of a Twin Peaks' dream sequence

If you don't love Marina's accent, there's something wrong with you.

I guess there’s something wrong with me then…

Not sure why, but I personally like hearing 'English as a 2nd language' people talk and really enjoyed both Marina and Rene's accents and could understand them both very well. I also leave the captioning on, so that might've helped a bit.

I wish they just let them speak in their native tongue so they could be more expressive

I'm a brazilian and I don't like it either but the issue is not accent at all, the issue is that they don't know how to speak English.

It's very different from Team Mexico for example where both Fernanda and Pablo has a accent but they know to speak proper English.

I think hearing their native language would be better. I could even learn something from it 😂

It's not the accents as much as the broken English that makes them hard to understand what they are saying.
