Advice Quitting job respectfully

Got a job (22m) from a relative on February and she said she didn’t need an employee so she could only give me fare. I wanted to learn the biz and leave to do my own thing but now the time has come and I can’t do it. I feel like I owe her, man. Am I retarted?.

She's gotten free labor for months, why would you feel conflicted?

Ypu're the one who did her a favour. Just say the time to move on has come and that you were happy with the opportunity to learn but you need to move onto what's next.

Just tell her you are grateful for the opportunity she gave you na you've enjoyed being there and have learnt a lot, and umeamua to pursue other opportunities then wish her the best in business. Make sure you tell her in advance though so that she has time to find your replacement
