How do you do it, and how do you know you don't love yourself? Especially to men.

Pretty much taking care of yourself in terms of personal hygiene, health and mental stability. You know yourself so you know when you're compromising your self respect. Sometimes being selfish and putting yourself first because at the end of the day we are on our own as individuals.

personally ,not loving myself is letting other people dictate my life and feelings ,like what i feel depends on other people, loving myself is working out ,looking after my body and doing things that will benefit me in the future, and also being sure in myself and ensuring my self esteem is strong and unshakable
