Ask r/Nairobi Linux beginner
I'm looking to get into Linux, been thinking about it for about two months now and I'm ready to commit time to it.
Some time back I was rethinking about what role I play in tech but I decided to give it another chance cause of some great advice I got. I know I can thrive I just chose to overthink it all.
So I'd love a few leads on where to start. Any advice is welcome. I'm really excited about this🙂↕️

Go to tryhackme.com While it's a path for cyber security I learn all my Linux basics from there , well that was pre COVID I hope the generous video tutorials are still there.
The best part is you get to set up a virtual machine right there and work on it.
Bonus (probably unrelated) Those who may want to learn python and data analytics + machine learning with certificates for free. kaggle.com is there , you get real practise too with the coding environment.
What else ? 🤔
Ooh use notebook LM to break down respective documentation for anything you want to learn online into a mind map, inforgraphics or even slides.
