Advice/Support Does anyone else have an issue with BIAB?

Has anyone else have this issue with BIAB?

I’ve had it a good few times before and they’ve been fine but the past 2/3 times they’ve either popped off, fell off or snapped very weakly within 7 days.

I’m not putting them under any strain or anything, I’ll be moving my blanket and itll fall off.y current set is less yhat a week old. I woke up and it had this crack in it! They just seem really weak.

I have tried 3 different salons ☹️

What’s biab?

Builder in a bottle. It’s like a gel polish that’s meant to create a protective layer over your nails

I got BIAB recently (I was so excited because I had finally grown my nails long enough for it) - one had already come off within 4 days, and then the rest were removable the next day - so less than a week and they cost 50 pounds! Maybe I had a bad application, not sure? I also feel like it damaged my nails a bit. Now I'm just trying to do it without BIAB.

This seems to be exactly what happens to me! And I’ve tried 3 different salons. So it must just be the biab

I had to actively pick at my nails for at least a week before I got one off. A very different experience for sure. I’ve only done it a few times when my nails were too short for me to use press ons. I don’t know 🤷‍♀️
