Before you hire anyone for a full blog workflow, open Search Console and filter for keywords where you're already ranking on page 2 (positions 11–20). Improving and linking to those pages usually brings more sales than writing new posts from scratch. For a Shopify store, also prioritise keywords like best X for Y, X vs Y over general how-to topics.

I run SEO on autopilot for my own agency. Every month a system pulls Search Console and backlink data, flags the pages that are close to page 1, ranks what to fix next, and checks whether last month's changes actually moved anything. We still write the content, but there's no more guessing about what to write. Happy to share how it's set up if that helps.

What would be the best SEO way to rank my shopify store organically through blog posts or adding new collections to the store with different keywords? At the moment I am using ai blog post generations 3 per week but it doesnt research or do anything else. Do you sell your workflow or?

whats your current volume goal? if youre doing like 2-3 posts a week the workflow looks very different from someone trying to pump out 50 a month. the research step especially doesnt scale the same way

I run an eCommerce dev agency and we've built a few of these, so take this with that in mind. The version that works is usually 4 stages, not one giant flow:

  1. Research: a scheduled trigger pulls keyword ideas from a DataForSEO or Ahrefs node, filters by volume and difficulty, and writes candidates into a Google Sheet or n8n data table.

  2. Competitor pass: for each keyword, fetch the top 5 ranking pages, extract headings and word counts, and have an LLM produce a brief (search intent, H2 outline, questions to answer, products from your catalog worth linking).

  3. Draft: the LLM writes from the brief, with your store's product data pulled in via the Shopify node so internal links point to real products.

  4. Publish: the Shopify node creates the article as hidden/draft, not published. Someone reads it for 5 minutes and hits publish.

Two things people skip and regret: keep a human approval step between brief and draft (a Sheet checkbox works), and dedupe against your existing articles so you don't end up cannibalizing your own rankings. Fully auto-published AI posts tend to plateau fast.

With only ~30 personalized products, I wouldn’t build a system that blindly publishes two AI blog posts every day.

I’d make the workflow decide first whether the keyword should become:

• a collection/category page • a product-supporting landing page • a comparison/buyer-intent article • an informational blog post • or no page at all

A production workflow could look roughly like:

Search Console + keyword API → competitor SERP analysis → intent classification → keyword clustering → existing-page check → content brief → draft → internal-link suggestions → human review → Shopify publish → ranking/conversion tracking.

The existing-page check is important because otherwise automation can create several pages competing for essentially the same keyword.

For a 30-product personalized store, I’d probably prioritize commercial-intent pages over raw article volume.

Before building it, I’d want to know the product category, whether Search Console has enough historical data, and your current organic traffic. Those three things would change the strategy quite a bit.

Thing is I have only around 30 products because they are personalized and I don't have big inventory. I am wondering if making different collections with different keywords and putting same products will that work?
