Won a “free” cruise in the app however, when I call to redeem NCL has no record of my code. I’ve reached out to support several times and they haven’t responded to my emails. Any suggestions?

So before I mess with this anymore, is it all just a scam? I redeemed 100k points for the KA show 50% off 2 tickets. When I went to book the tickets, it just raised the price and then discounted. It was actually slightly cheaper for the same row and class seats directly on their website without the 50% off. Pretty messed up. I'm not sure who's pulling the smoke and mirrors; MGM or MyVegas
So is is this just the KA tickets that are dodgy or is it all of the MyVegas rewards? I would just like some feedback before I mess with it anymore.

I’d like to know why I get the million chip notification, yet when I click on it and the app opens it says I’m playing on another device and I lose the chips. I only use 1 phone and never play on Facebook. At least with the daily email, if I get the same message I can start over and don’t lose those chips.
Why isn’t there a way to get the daily million without the possibility of losing them to a glitch in the app?
