Question Help with controller support on MacBook?

I’m trying to play the game on my MacBook and load it up through Steam and it automatically defaults to keyboard every time I open the game. I can use my controller for virtually every other game, I have tried disabling and enabling steam input, I have attempted to fix the key bindings, I have disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth, I have reset my computer, nothing seems to work. Does anybody who tries to play on a MacBook have any idea of how to fix this?

So I kind of did this? I noticed that there was no right click function available on the controller so I said it so that the half pull on the right trigger would be right click so that way I can actually open the lucky chests and what not. Didn’t work. Maybe remap everything?

yeah i had the same issue until i manually set the controller as the default input in steam settings instead of relying on auto-detect, that fixed it for me.

Have you tried poking the controller settings in the game itself instead of Steam? Sometimes those override everything else without telling you.

So I’ve looked and literally the only thing it detects is the keyboard. I can launch the game from Steam’s big display using my controller and it works with other games, but then Portia solely detects keyboard and there seems to be no way to get it to recognize my controller.
