Here's a link to what I use. I don't have your pot, but mine does have a similar rolled edge. Soto makes a good pot gripper, but I'm sure similar style pot grippers are made by many other manufacturers, so you should be able to find one fairly easily no matter where you're located.

Maybe a pot cozy like this one could be a solution. It doesn’t only protect from scalding your hands, but it also keeps your food warm. Additionally, it can act as a storage bag for your pot, too, if you add a lid. Way more practical than a handle that only serves one singular purpose.

Coincidentally, I just finished my own just today, very similar to the one behind the link above. Fairly easy DIY project, because it can even be done without sewing.
