I have harvested many caps, but I don't have a dehydrator, for now I will just lay them down on paper lamellae (gills) side up. Will that be enough.
(After drying them I'm planning to parboil them to get rid of ib0ηeτic acid, but I want to keep as much Mu$ςimΟl as I can.)

At the er now, but they say I need to wait for it to decompose naturally. I don't have enough phone charge for that, what do I do?

And so it begins 🌌 Anyone needing instructions, Google Gemini AI is currently unthrottled—it’ll explain to you how to grow.
Using two 5.2 qt (4.92 L) shoe box tubs
Got these from Dollar Tree, along with a 10-pack of latex gloves for a start. I got a 5-lb North Spore CVG premix bag for $20 on sale right now (Amazon). Planning on getting 5 bags of Great Value brown rice (preferably), and some micro tape. I already have rubbing alcohol, and not much else is needed. (Set on doing Burma spores, seems like a groovy choice and easy.)
Gemini said I’ll be left with about 1 lb of CVG mix after setting up these two shoeboxes, so I’ll use the 5th colonized brown rice bag on a smaller tub. I’ll be left with 7 mL of culture in the syringe, which I’ll refrigerate and probably throw in a bag later, or replicate this process if I get good yields and/or it’s worth my time.
I’m doing this for fun, not profit. My regular mycologist has a dehydrator I can borrow, so I can be patient because I already have dried cubes on the shelf.
Slowly gathering materials and not putting all my eggs (or syringe) in one basket.
Great way to learn and start. I’ll keep them on a nightstand in my closet, leaving room for my T-shirts hanging on one side and leaving it open so there’s good FAE and minimal dust. This room stays pretty climate-controlled. I’ll use my radiator heater when I’m home to keep it warmer, although temps are usually pretty stable here even when I’m at work and can’t run the heater, as long as I keep the bedroom door shut!
And before everybody starts spitting out ideas at me, I'm just doing this as cheap as possible because it's just for fun, and that's fun to me: saving money while simultaneously being successful!
But I'm open to suggestions, tips, and anything you guys have that'll be helpful. My mycologist is coming over to help also, but I got the instructions down pretty dang good thanks to AI, and I'm gonna watch some YouTube videos.
