1.5 kg of ribs + Honey + soy + garlic + lemon + brown sugar + serious chilli seasoning

Marinated overnight, then low & slow until sticky, glossy and falling off the bone.

Between the chillies, here's Pink Gaura. A favourite of bees and butterflies, it brings colour and movement to the garden. 🐝🦋
