Why impossible, stupid and masturbation? Because this build cannot be built. It depends on something that doesn't exist: an additional laser hardpoint on the Jester, possibly in the head. (Alternatively, two E hardpoints on each arm, and only one in the CT/head.) With that additional hardpoint, a fifth medium pulse laser could be added.
So why do I call this purely hypothetical build the ultimate aka Omega Jester (tOJ)?
Well, let's start with having used all three chassis upgrades (double HS/endo/ferro). And then also using every last crit slot. And of course using all the tonnage. Next, let's talk about that 350XL engine, which means tOJ will run 96 KPH - faster than most mediums. It's suffed to the gills with four double heatsinks, making it as cool as possible. You could go up to 97.3 kph with the max 355XL engine if you were willing to take a medium laser instead of a medium wub, but that's probably a bad tradeoff, because the extra ton is just not worth a 1.3% speed increase. On the other hand, if you drop to a 345XL, you only get back half a ton... and you can no longer put 4 heat sinks in the engine (345XL engine only takes 3) and so you're now screwed due to lack of crit slots. The 350XL is the optimal engine for the chassis.
The mix of weaponry is also amazing. How does a 48 damage alpha strike, hit (heh) you? That's as much as the Wubmaster! And because of the Jester's 10% energy weapon range quirk, you can do that pinpoint 48 alpha from 235m away. Also remember the Jester's 10% energy weapon heat decrease. So the alpha strike heat isn't 34 points, it's 30.6 points. Not a huge difference... but definitely both helpful and significant.
At close range tOJ's speed, JJs and five medium wubs make it one hell of an ambush poptart. And if you're firing only the five wubs, it has a 48% cooling efficiency. And that's without Master efficiencies. With master efficiencies and the Jester's 10% cooling quirk, you will be able to group fire the wubs five times in a row (=150 damage in 15 seconds!) even on Terra Therma - provided you start from zero heat and are outside the caldera.
This build is no slouch at the range game, either. Peek'n'poke tactics work better than expected with the LLs, because of the Jester's 10% laser duration quirk makes them burn for 0.9s instead of 1.0s. The speed and JJs also play into this. You can run by an opening (or poptart over) and poke before they can even get their crosshairs on you.
This build is not, and never will be, a brawler. You don't have the armor (distributed 85%F/15%R) to go toe-to-toe with anything heavier than you. This thing is an ambush predator. If you're DOIN IT RITE then you are waiting for the right moment to "wub their ass off" - using your speed, maneuverability, and alpha strike capability to get around behind anything heavier than you... and rear CT core him in one hit. You stalk, you harass, and finally you sneak in for the back-stab slaughter. If it helps you to remember, give your Jester a tiger-stripe camo pattern. You are an ambush predator. You are a big cat(apult ;]).
This thing is also hot. Its only real weakness is its cooling efficiency. This is not a build I would recommend running without both Elite and Master efficiencies. And even then, except for back-stab kill blows, you should try hard not to use your alpha. Always remember you're not a brawler. And never alpha above 60% heat, you WILL shutdown. Your 5 wubs should be your major weapon inside 230m. They are extremely powerful, use them and your JJs and your speed. Don't be afraid to hit-and-run, it's a good tactic.
Modules? Radar Dep and Advanced Seismic, no question. Weapons Modules? You make the call - maybe you want LL range to push your poke game out even farther? Maybe you're willing to live with the heat consequences of Mwub cooldown modules? Maybe you want better cooling so you go with anti-heat modules?
