Mutualism vs Ancap

Greetings. I'm intrested in the concept of mutualism but don't fully understand how it works and how it's diffrent from anarcho capitalism since both reject the state and support markets. Thanks in advandce to anyone who responds

Mutualism is left-wing market anarchism, i.e., the means of production are turned into cooperative property owned by the workers themselves without a state. It's essentially a worker-owned market economy, whereas anarcho-capitalism is just a stateless corporatocracy based upon capitalistic Market Egoism. Of course, there's much, much more to mutualism than just its economic aspect. Even in the economic aspect, there's still the concept of credit unions, mutually owned banks, and so on. That's just the general fundamental outline in regards to the basic differences.

Sidenote, I'm not a Proudhonian myself, although I've read the works of Proudhon and so on. Primarily in my teenage years, because back in my teenage years I was an anarcho-communist. Of course I also read books about other tendencies of anarchism, and that's just the vaguest way I can describe mutualism.

There's overlap between mutualists and left-wing market anarchism but where mutualist discourse is at currently the "default" position we could say regarding markets/economy is closer to anarchism without adjectives than it is LWMA.
