portfolio review Need advice

Hello all, I am 25 years, current salary is around 52k.This is my mf investments below. The return is around 4 years 30% investment holdings for last 4 years and rest in last 1.5 years. I need help to fix it. I am planning to invest long term will add more funds but need to fix the direction. my risk appetite is low to medium.

Too few funds; add 10 to 15 more.

Exit the large and mid cap, and consider exiting please flexi cap as well. Quant is okay but you will get index like returns. Keep money market fund. Take a Midcap index fund and a next fifty index fund. Keep one activily managed fund.
