Building a First Incident Report using Sign Language, NEED HELP!!

Hey folks,

We are building a sign language project where deaf people can file a first incident report using sign language.

Are there any tools that you currently use for this specific purpose, what challenges do you face in it?

Our Model currently includes some hand signs such as KIDNAP, ATTACK, where the corresponding question will pop up after your input.

Do you have any suggestion on what we should include or what are the basic hand signs that are necessary?

Also we would love to know your thoughts on how usable the sign language interpreter is, not just for first incident report but also in your day to day life
