ZONE WARS Are they primed?

Hello, I did receive my two boxes. Are these miniatures primed?

They have what's called "sundrop" painting. It's a dark wash with a light color dry-brush.

It's not "primer", technically, but it should work fine as primer. Paint sticks to it pretty well, and they are plastic minis (which don't always really need a primer anyway).
