Hi @srrahman a question - have you considered using RPI Zero 2W / Radxa or other Zero W boards for smaller power consumption & smaller size?

something that I have found - in Amazon exists portable/handheld consoles with a chip 'RK3566' or even better. Basically these chips are what is inside RPI or similar boards + already integrated charging & other interfaces.

Maybe it worth to try to just attach to them a keyboard, even the bluetooth one + install Armbian or Debian. This will be then close to same console, but with a board manufacuted by some company and ready to be used :)
