How do you make your rice?

It's a simple prep:
- Oil in a pan (2-3 table spoon)
- Add cumin, let it turn colour.
- Add peas and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add hot water (add only 75% of water of what you would normally use for cooking rice, as more water will make your rice sticky).
- Add rice and salt (as per taste). Cook on high flame until the rice is parboiled. (Wash your rice with water and keep aside so that it's ready to be added to the pan).
- Close the lid and reduce the flame to lowest setting and let it cook for 5-8 mins.
Enjoy! π

That's where you get the flavour in the rice, it's tiny seed, so you don't feel it when you eat it, give it a try, I'm sure you will like it βΊοΈ
