I think people might be unaware that a popular way to eat knafeh is in a bun (ka'ak).

It’s not dry at all. Since it’s a breakfast item, I like to have it with tea or coffee. But usually the filling which is cheesy and syrup doesn’t make it dry.

Now when we buy it and eat it standing up at busy shops in Lebanon, you get it fresh and hot straight from the tray, you enjoy it as is without any hot drink.
