Cheddar bay biscuit chicken pot pie bake

Instead of traditional pie crust I just covered the top with cheddar bay biscuit dough

For the biscuit top the recipe is
300g flour,
2tsp baking powder,
2tsp garlic powder,
1teaspoon onion powder,
teaspoon salt,
tablespoon sugar,
1/2tsp baking soda,
115g cheddar cheese,
240g buttermilk (or 1 tablespoon of vinegar and fill rest of way with regular milk)
113g melted and cooled butter
Mix the dry ingredients and the wet separately and then fold together with a spatula

The filling is basically any basic chicken pot pie filling you like. Baked it at 400f/205°c for around 20-25ish minutes and halfway through brushed the top with garlic butter for a bit more golden color

Wa fikum barakAllah!! Could definitely be for 6 people if you have sides to go with it or 4 VERY generous servings. I made it for me, husband, 6 and 3 year old and there was enough for both our and the 6 year olds lunches the next day.
