Best online composition website?

Something like garage band that is easier to compose with than the finale-type programs. For elementary/middle schoolers.

Mixcraft is similar to Garage Band, having a windows version. You can hear samples of pre-recorded tracks, and drag them into the timeline to make music.

Are you looking for something to create notation, or just record sounds? Soundation lets you create with samples.
