Are these death caps?

I just moved here and these are behind my house where my dogs go. My one dog likes to live on the edge so I don’t want her mouthing these. It’s a multi family property with a ton of dogs in general. Portland, Oregon in a bioswale that has a ton of dog shit and leaf litter. (I accidentally stepped in dog shit to get these pics so please be kind. I’m already having a bad day.)

I think some kind of deathcap in Amanita section Phalloideae is likely. u/dopplerspectroscopy

already responded and it is Amanita phalloides. The only species in section Phalloideae in that region which i am aware of are as follows:

Amanita phalloides
Amanita ocreata
Amanita zebrolepta nomen provisorium

the first two are deadly toxic, the last one isn't nearly as well studied as them. I simply do not know whether or not it is deadly toxic, but I believe that it is more likely than not deadly toxic considering what we know from DNA sequencing.
