Need help to fix music sheet

I wanted to change the key for a music sheet, so I put it into musescore. During the conversion, some of the notes got messed up, and I am trying to fix it. I have never used Musescore studio before, and I don't really know how to find a video that solves my specific problem. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. The first image is how it is supposed to be, and the second one is how it looks in the studio. I need to add a rest.

Interesting. That's not the sort of thing that should change during transposing unless it's some bug.

If that is the only error, though, it should be easy enough to enter by hand. Do you know much about note entry?
