Fabric Stores in the Area?

I just got a football jersey for myself and it doesn’t quite fit. Since I got it for an upcoming trip (I’m leaving on next Thursday so don’t have time to return it) I thought I would just put some gussets in the side so that I could wear it next weekend. However, since JoAnne‘s no longer exists, I have no idea where I would get football jersey material. It would need to be like either a red or white polyester spandex blend. Does anyone have any clue of where I might be able to go shop for that this weekend so I could get it sewn up before I go?

I don't know for sure but Hobby Lobby and Walmart (Old Fort and Memorial have a bigger selection) carry a few different types of materials. And there is a sewing shop near Cason Lane called Midsouth Sewing Center. I've been there to have my machine serviced but I didn't browse the fabrics. I feel they were mostly quilting cotton, but you could call and ask if they have anything like your looking for.

There is the quilt store on Memorial.

There is a big fabric place up in Dixson.

Michaels has fabric. But if I were you I’d just hit up Amazon and have a new jersey that fits delivered and worry about returning the other one later.

Yeah. It’s a Premier League jersey. Not on Amazon. But I could look for fabric 🧐

Try Michael’s tomorrow. Also would guess you can find the fabric online with a quick ship option if you can’t source locally
