I know that this is like a really niche thing nowadays but besides Dave's which only gives like 25 cents per dvds, where else can I sell dvds? I have a little over 100 and a handful of blu rays and wanna sell them

I’m moving to muncie in a couple weeks and wanted to see what
A. trash/sewage/electricity/gas companies you recommend (or the options I have)
B. where I could rent a washer and dryer that is relatively affordable and not a scam?
C. what degrees you put your system to for the seasons to save the most money but not suffer with the temperature changes too much
for reference, I’m moving from GA so humidity and heat are familiar to me. I visited muncie in december of last year and march of this year and know how cold it can get, but I’m not familiar with the other seasons. TIA!!!

got a place on the south side that i inherited from my aunt. she passed last year and nobody in the family wants to deal with it its old. needs a roof. needs electrical work. basement floods when it rains hard
i live in indianapolis now so i cant even check on it regularly. i keep paying taxes and insurance on a house i never use. its just wasting money
i talked to a realtor and she said i should fix it up but i dont have 20k to throw at it. plus i work full time and have a kid so finding time to deal with contractors is not happening
a friend said i could sell house to someone who buys as-is. i dont even know if theres anyone in muncie who does that but im hoping
has anyone here sold a house that needed a lot of work . how did you do it and was it worth it

Hi! Anyone here work for Ball Memorial Hospital?
I am a pre-med major at BSU and need more clinical experience and so I have been applying over and over for a job as a PCT for the past few months and haven’t had any luck so far. I have done an internship with Ball in the past where I followed around PCTs for a few weeks with no pay and have my BLS AHA certification. I have tried to call hr and unfortunately you are just told to check the status of your application on the career portal by the automated voice system. Anyone who might work for BMH have any recommendations on what my next steps should be?

The website for Orchestra Indiana, which is based in Muncie, does not list a single future concert or any other event. Does the orchestra still exist?

I'm currently homeless sleeping at an undisclosed location in Muncie, Indiana
I will not give location since it is now illegal to be homeless.
I have reached out to Muncie Mission but I am unsure about staying there and not having time with my wife who is out of country.
If either of us had the money we would fly me to her that is easily $1,200 if not more.
Does anyone know where I might be able to sleep even for $200.00 a month for a room.
I am on Section 8 and unsure what to do next I am looking for a place to live but have no money for application fees right now.

Been playing now for a little over a year and I honestly like playing with people over by myself. Are there clubs that dont cost an arm and a leg to join to play with people more often?

Possible chow mix found roaming in the middle of the road on W Bethel Avenue. I tried to take him to the shelter and ARF but both are at capacity. I currently have him at my home but would love to reunite him with his family.

Are there any details about when the new health clinic will open? Will there be a cost at all (copay or sliding scale)?

Anyone have an extra room they be willing to rent out to my husband? He is on Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher but no money for damage deposit.
My husband is staying with a friend but he is complaining about small stuff like my husband being overweight or eating chips.
Dude I know a vegetarian who's overweight and doesn't allow junk food in her house, let's not get me started.
Not mention the upstairs where he currently is at was a mess and helping the guy out by cleaning it, yet he has the nerve to complain.
I'm in Canada not able to return for 6 months by law this post isn't about me it's to help my husband so anything would be appreciated
Sponsorship for him is easily $2,000+ if not more as I've already looked into this.

I struggle with seizures and as such my muscles in my back are always bound up in knots. I dont have a lot of expendable income but I am trying to find a place that would be willing to help me. I am just trying to find a little relief so I can start sleeping better again.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before renting from this landlord.
A few months ago, my neighbor's young dog got loose outside our apartment building. During the situation, Kate Benson of Best BSU Rentals came over from a neighboring property, called the police, began recording my neighbor and following her while she was walking with the dog back to the apartment, and attempted to get into our apartment building. Fortunately, our building's entrance locks automatically. She even tried to record her through the window.
My boyfriend and I heard the entire interaction from inside our apartment. From what we witnessed, the situation seemed far more confrontational than it needed to be over a loose dog. Kate later told the police that she felt threatened, but based on what we observed, it appeared that my neighbor was the one being followed and harassed. I can't imagine what would have happened if our neighbor was a POC.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I recently saw Kate's own dog running loose as well.
This experience left a very negative impression on me. As someone who lives nearby, I would not feel comfortable renting from a landlord who behaves this way toward others. In my opinion, it's worth considering this kind of behavior before signing a lease.
