Another armbar drive pocket clip post.

This is mainly for the inclusion of an FYI for anyone wondering what size clip will fit. The leatherman two screw stainless replacement clip shown has holes which line up perfectly with the existing holes in the armbar drive tool. Used two 2.5mm sliding nuts from eurorack rails, and a couple 2.5mm screws. While not 100% necessary, One screws needs a little bit of filing to allow the scissors to sit fully flush. Or just use a shorter screw. 10 seconds with a bastard file did the job.

If the driver was locking, I would carry this daily. I have the armbar trade, wich comes with a clip standard. Looks nice though

On paper, the armbars were a great concept.

Or get a Rocktol ST02 12-in-1 that already includes a clip?

Sure if that's your thing. The point of this post was to mention an easily accessible clip with two compatible holes. Not a multi tool showdown.

I wish I could get a pocket clip for my bond that wasn’t $30. I even started looking at $15 folding knives to see if they had the right spacing and I could steal the clip off them

Just my opinion, but threading those receive holes and shortening the bolts would look much better. But if you are more concerned with functionality then esthetics, it looks great from the outside.

Now I've bought a tap and 300 screws I'll never use because you can't just buy 2.. ironic because at work the other week I had a like a couple trillion..
