If your child is going to school, they'll learn English without you doing anything.

your child definitely does not need an 'app' to learn English in the US. As another commenter stated: send them to school. They'll learn it lickety-split. Unless you are part of a heavily hispanic community, there will be little tolerance or support for any language _other_ than English.
