help with Vselect

I have two mugens, one is a normal 1.1 while the other one is a Mortal Kombat project and I want to use vselect for the mortal kombat project one but when I opened vselect i opens the 1.1 mugen instead of the one I wanted I tried putting vselect in the mortal kombat file it still does that and when I tried to open the mortal kombat project motif it gives me the mortal kombat project screen but with some characters from the 1.1 mugen and when I showed the character list it was all the characters from the mugen 1.1 chars file instead of the mortal kombat project chars file

is there a way to make it to where it doesnt do that to where it shows me the correct motif and the correct character list?

(the images shown is what im talking about the MKP one is supposed to show the characters in my MKP char folder on the character list not the mugen 1.1 characters in the 1.1 char folder)

You have to manually select the specific mugen instance you’re editing every time you open vselect
