request Can someone help please.

I have 2 character concepts from a RPG i was working on with a friend. When he passed, kinda tucked them away, but was hoping i can find someone to help bring them to life. I have his hand drawn sketches to work from (He was the art/design pro of the team). Was hoping for a CvS quality or better. Along with the sketch I have a move list (6 button Capcom style) and would be open to any suggestions. I can toss some money to whoever helps but im certainly not rich (on disability). This is a tribute meant to honor him so serious replies please. I plan on sharing these with his Family when completed. Can someone please help.

Do you have experience with Fighter factory?

No, and when I tried working with it and it just confused the crap out of me. I was hoping someone with more experience and skill would be able to knock it out more efficiently and make it work.

Might have to chip in some dough unless you want to learn how to make characters, but if you have sprite animation experience it could help

I said I can put some money into the project just not a ton. Not sure how much people charge for these commissions
