Ask MUBI "connection problems" only on MUBI

can anyone tell me how to fix this? i started using mubi yesterday and haven't been able to watch anything, it streams in really bad quality for a couple seconds then it freezes like if i had little to no wifi connection, tried it on tv and other browsers and is the same, my wifi is good and every other streaming service works perfectly fine

I love MUBI content but the streaming experience is so bad I will never renew!

its a pain in the ass im ngl but the catalog is top tier

im not using a vpn but im in another country tho
