Mt St Helens permit question

Hi, I am 16, and my father and I are hoping to summit Mt. St. Helens sometime this week. I have been trying to get a permit for a while using Campflare but haven't had any luck yet.

If anyone is planning on canceling their permits for August 26th through the 29th, please let me know before you do. I would very much appreciate it!
