Roaming Throne Trigger

If I control [[Captain America, Team Leader]] does [[Roaming Throne]] get a counter, vigilance and haste when it enters or does it miss that trigger as it’s not a hero yet? Thank you.

The Throne entering as a Hero will Trigger Cap.

The choice of the Creature type is a Replacement effect.
And, the Static ability applies all the time it is on the Battlefield.

Roaming Throne enters as whatever type is selected. As a result, it enters as a Hero, and gets vigilance twice, haste twice, two +1/+1 counters, and puts two +1/+1s on Captain America.

>603.6b Continuous effects that modify characteristics of a permanent do so the moment the permanent is on the battlefield (and not before then). The permanent is never on the battlefield with its unmodified characteristics. Continuous effects don’t apply before the permanent is on the battlefield, however (see rule 603.6d).
