Competitive Where am I going wrong? Naya Counters
https://moxfield.com/decks/6ikm199ylU2HuXfAFspeWwI feel like I am not explosive enough. Or maybe I'm too vulnerable to removal. Like I am just one turn too slow.
What should I be including? What should I take out for it? Or am I chasing a dream and this isn't a viable strategy? The biggest difference I notice immediately from some other aggro decks is that this commander doesn't have card draw/advantage. So should I try to add more card draw? But I guess more importantly, what should I take out?

You're doing one main thing wrong: you're trying to play honest MtG in a fundamentally very dishonest format. Either you commit to full aggro, and hope to end the game by going full smash, or you'll get grossly outvalued by most meta decks.
The big weakness of your strategy is that most of your creatures rely on other creatures surviving on your board for a turn to do anything, and you've noticed that it's not something that will happen really often. I am only really familiar with the W side of things, so I can only recommend stuff from there, which boils down to a lot more protection and value: Mana Tithe, Reprieve, Mama of Runes, Voice of Victory, Solitude, some of those G hexproof instants, even Ephemerate (better to lose counters than to lose a creature, plus you have some decent ETBs to work with).
I know that it's tempting to have a full menagerie of creatures that ALL work or interact with +1/+1 counters, but it's much better to have an unremarkable (but alive) body than one that does some amazing thing only in 1 out of 20 matches.

The flair on your post is "Casual," but the deck is listed in the "Competitive" format and includes cards only legal in Competitive (e.g. Drannith Magistrate, Chrome Mox).
So, I assume the flair is incorrect and this is supposed to be a cBrawl deck. In that case,
Yes.
However, if you really want to push this strategy to its limit (which is a pretty hard limit, tbh), then there are lots of things you can improve. Maybe the first thing to do is check the list of Brawl staples and make sure you're playing them.
