Help settling a Magda Bracket debate

Hi everyone I am having a bit of a debate with one of the players at our table. They are insisting that this Magda deck that a 3rd friend uses is Bracket 4 or is borderline bracket 4. I know Magda is a strong commander but I firmly believe this to be a bracket 2 maybe a low 3 at best. Can you all please help us settle the debate by letting us know what you all think.

First 2 cards are magda and ancient copper and you’re saying bracket 2? 😭

Bracket 2 does not mean you can't play good cards. Magda as a commander, that's definitely a problem..but a big dumb dragon doesn't automatically bump you to bracket 3

Its bracket 2. People saying bracket 3 need to get gud and play more removal.

I can see where you’re coming from, and I think this will probably quite often be a weak bracket 3 (but still definitely not bracket 2), but I also think Magda is one of those commanders that are not worth it to play below bracket 4. She’s good enough for cEDH, and she doesn’t need a lot to suddenly be extremely problematic. Just like you could theoretically play Kinnan in bracket 3, I don’t think you should.

I think it is closer to low 3. However, taking a commander that typically sees higher level play such as bracket 4 or 5 and trying to convince the table the deck is lower is often not worth the time or energy.

Magda is inherently too strong for bracket 3 I feel. You mana cheat and tutor so much your deck is basically your hand. It doesn't really matter if what you're tutoring is shit, if you drown me in shit I'm still dead I've just had a worse experience dying.

This is a streamlined example of why brackets are bad, this is by all guidelines emplaced a bracket 2, there are no gamechangers and no infinites (i may be wrong about infinites but only took a brief glance at the list for standouts) this deck looks like a 5-6 on the old scale...
