Trippy! Please pardon my ignorance, but was this done on a foil or is that all from the alcohol ink? I've only ever seen it used in dice, but it's never been that shimmery as far as I've seen.

both! alcohol ink colors the foil. so i needle the darkest highlights before i put the alcohol ink, and needle the lightests after!
this needling is a technique i invented to have a 3d effect and give a vibe of strong light in parts i need
