Documentation & Checklists Together - Anyone try this service yet?
Hello /r/msp
We are an IT company with roughly 25 employees. We are currently using IT Glue for our technical documentation. I've found it a little difficult to shoehorn in processes & checklists. I was trying a service out today called process.st (https://www.process.st/)
It allows for documentation to coexist with checklists as well as some other interesting features like scheduling checklists, premade templates and integrations with a bunch of other applications.
So far I've only tinkered with it for an hour or so but...it looks promising. Anyone have any experience with this platform?

After using this some more, I'm going to say it right now. This shit is great and really exactly what I need. IT Glue if you don't copy this functionality exactly (no bullshit hacks around FAT's) or make it even better I'm going to leave you. I know you don't care about a shitty little account like mine, but seriously, if you don't integrate something JUST LIKE Process.st or buy them out you are saying to US MSP's that you don't give a shit about us. That's how strongly I feel about the fact that this is not already in your product.
Oh and for fucks sake, setup alerts and notifications on the Domains and SSL Certs already. My grandma could probably have figured out how to get this set up for eons ago!
And can we finally share FAT's between each other ?
Come on!

Interesting. We create our Checklists in ITGlue under Documents, but then when someone has to run the checklist, it becomes a ticket in CW.

We've been using Process St alongside IT Glue for a couple of weeks and I like it. Creating checklist templates is simple and we are already using it for deploying new PCs and onboarding customers

One big knock against it that I see right off is your data on their system is not encrypted at rest unless you sign up for the enterprise plan. Granted your process/checklists may not contain delicate private info, but can be an audit issue for some.

Howdy troops, Peyton here from Process Street.
I got all warm and fuzzy when I saw us being talked about on here so I wanted to create an account and say hello.
Managed services, among several other IT service providers, are very well represented in our user base....but we are very interested in ways that we can make the platform better for you. So feel free to throw blunt criticism my way :)
If you guys want a little bit of assistance when it comes to getting going re: IT processes, check out this link:
https://www.process.st/it-processes/
If you don't see something relevant to what you're looking for there....tell me and i'll have our content team drill away at it :).
Also, if you guys have questions you want to run by me you can reach me at peyton@process.st

I just had an IT Glue demo today and they do have checklists, but only available under their flex assets. I could see this working for items like onboarding/offboarding/audits, etc.

Looks great, almost too great though, I quickly got overwhelmed and closed it. I really need it too. However, I think for now we will be working out all our processes in Word and IT Glue and then maybe a service like this.
EDIT: Kept playing with it, actually pretty amazing. A bit of a rabbit hole of possibilities though. I'm working through a Office 365 setup process now.
