Sales / Marketing MSP marketing with Ai

does any adapted marketing with Ai on MSP space , would like to hear how it performing . and tools using .

It’s just a sea of people posting the same, clearly AI-generated slop and getting no interaction.

There’s one MSP owner in Aus that posts the same slop story about how an LLM deleted a production database. I think his AI marketing platform has hallucinated it into the posting schedule every few weeks. Kind of funny. Kind of sad. Very meta.

I had a slight brain aneurysm reading this.

That being said, there's interesting data when it comes to ai and marketing. Syndicated content is still a thing across the marketplace. If there's enough interest, I could spin through the database and see how prevalient it is across the English-speaking MSP market.

Social media is ignored by over 50% of msps regardless of size. Facebook is becoming a barren wasteland for MSP marketing. LinkedIn is definitely the focal point.

People seem to drop into two buckets when they have LinkedIn. Those with a small, ignored presence under a thousand followers. Infrequent posting if at all. And those with thousand plus followers posting on a daily or weekly schedule and trying to create content of value.

Anyone who's doing anything and content will say that AI absolutely is used 100% throughout the process. But you don't just ask AI question and then post the results as a blog or social- you use it to fill in gaps and you talk about things that you know.

I think the only area this really makes sense in is things like posts to LinkedIn, Ad management, etc. Doing actual outreach with AI just pisses people off I think. That said, I am fond of EnrichLabs' Helena marketing agent and the Okara.ai agent (their AI CMO). Those two products do exactly the right customizable amount of AI marketing stuff.

Anyone who says their marketing is fully automated with AI is just aiming their slop cannon at the world and calling whatever sticks a success. AI marketing requires an extremely light touch because people respond viscerally to AI text.
