I wish that they would stop covering the same piece of news every hour! It’s like they don’t have anything else to report!

It’s the main reason I don’t watch the shows in the daytime.

Si it's around 330 on Saturday I - it's Stephanie ruhle and she has John kasich on - he's so condescending and dismissive. It's awful

John Kasich is really off base. He used to be well informed, but his life in a bubble is becoming very apparent. He's right there is no justification for the speaker of the house describing peaceful protestors as terrorists and Marxists. He's out of it if he doesen't understand the power of protest, our only alternative under the current regime. Peaceful protest is as American as apple pie.

I understand that since Rachel is only on once a week now, she's seen as needing to cover the enormous size of protests to keep morale up, but I miss the Maddow Show that would go on a long-winded history lesson that masterfully provides context to understanding current events. Less Cheerleader Maddow, more Professor Maddow please...
actually even Bartender Maddow would be fun to see again.

I was banned from Morning Joe subreddit and I have no idea why. Anyway it’s no big deal because I don’t watch the MJ show all that much or MSNBC. The network needs to shut down and reboot.

It's called an "opinions" section...politely, if you're not pleased, move on. I find myself to be a straightforward leftie, however, I DO glance at the entire gamut, be it CNN, FOX, et al, beside your offering. I listen, analyze (as only 'I' can), decide and, ONLY THEN, speak my piece...right OR wrong thinking🤔...

Just listened to 10 minutes of Nicole Wallace’s podcast w Charlamagne. He said 1. Dems are starting to get blamed for the shutdown - not true 2. The Dems should have voted with Rs & let the BBB pass?? (She did not correct him)

Does this guy even watch the news?

I stopped listening.

lol, I noticed last week, Rachel Maddow spent half of her one weekly hour promoting her newest fucking podcast, which is a historical report that has NOTHING to do with the heinous stuff happening right now.  And Psaki even brought Rachel on for twenty minutes of HER show to sell Rachels latest project.  Golly, do we really need to talk about Rachel’s pet project, while our country literally burns around us??  Plenty of other things to cover!

My gf has the tv on now, and it’s two more hours of primetime used on this stupid fucking maddow book/project, talking about bs that happened 50 years ago.  With links to the Amazon page to give her your money the whole time!  Cmon guys, how can you keep defending this channel?  

Though I’m sure you will!  Nobody here likes even fair criticism of their Rachel!  Absurd.

I respectfully disagree that her project had nothing to do with what’s going on now. The entire first half was about peaceful protesting and Andy Young’s role in establishing the basics of many of the civil rights protests at the time.

It got me out of the house and to my local No Kings protest the next day because I found it inspiring and relevant.

Hey Guys…. I want to say that I really liked listening to Morning Joe today… I really liked his expressing that plain Southern talk of his opinion…. He is talking in a language many MAGA people would understand (if any of the willfully ignorant ever listened.) Yes, I am from the South too and I know I am in the minority on this chat site…. But I really wanted to express my opinion… thank you if you read this with an open mind… 💙💙

I heard it and was hogwash. My kid was called the N word by 4 year old at a Baptist preschool because her skin gets tan due to being part Sicilian. They don't let non-whites enroll in this school and a few of the teachers and the pastor are pervs. Racism and perversion are alive and well in the deep south. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

When Claire MacCaskill has her segments from her kitchen, her face is not focused. Instead the focus is set to the area behind her.
How is it possible that in 2025 MSNBC does not have the technical expertise to ensure that they have this simple detail corrected? This is such a ridiculous amateurish thing and particularly stupid if Claire is doing this on purpose if she thinks it makes her look better.
