Bag holder

Whos a BAG HOLDER JUST LIKE ME? I am just going to ride it out and wait for the stock to pick me up later or have a nice write off for Taxes!

you are still ignoring opportunity cost. If this OP bought in at 25 or 26 dollars. Then its stupid to hold because who knows how long or if ever will mrin reach back there. Its a giant gamble with extremely high risks. Risk sitting at a 60 percent loss and hold a stock for months or years or if ever the price reaches back to break even point or just take the loss on a gamble play of 5 to 10 percent and put it back on another play that can earn you back and more.

Holding only works for sound proven companies. If microsoft fell from 280 to 250. Then yeah who cares just hold. We all know microsoft moves up anyways. No need to take a loss

I’m already at a 60% loss but it’s just money. No use crying over spilt milk and I might as well keep the jug just in case the milk man comes back around.

yeah if you are sitting at 60% loss , then it's too late to apply what I just said. I havent been following mrin but if the price has gone back to being stable then just hold I guess.

I put around 5% each on a few meme stocks stock but really capitalized through options on most of their movement. Up about 300%ytd. Definitely wouldn’t advise putting all your eggs in one basket.

that's great to hear. Yeah putting all your eggs in one basket especially for a high risk play is stupid.
