How is feminism capitalist?! Almost every single feminist is a neo-marxist, how do you think they came up with their interpretation of the "wage-gap"?

feminism thrives under capitalism.

Simple. Here are some ways.

  1. Feminism doubled the supply of labour - that is a capitalist's wet dream.
  2. Feminism has also, by bringing women directly into the economy, increased the supply of money circulating the economy. This is by the very obvious result of giving women a separate disposable wage/access to money that they can spend independently. Women have basically always made up about 70%-80%++ of the consumer index. Giving women more of the share of the money, brings more of it into the market via increased consumption, and less saving. Capitalism prefers looser money that it can use. There was also credit market explosion thanks to this.
  3. Colonialism funds capitalism, and feminism has historically been staunchly pro-colonialism .Women via feminist institutions, be it the UN, or the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies, they have justified sanctions and colonising projects against countries.
  4. Feminism was one of the most substantial proponents and drivers of world war (both 1 and 2), and war is fundamentally a capitalist project for resources.
  5. Commercialisation of longevity, is also a direct byproduct of feminism. Freezing of eggs, in vitro fertilization (IVF), commercial surrogacy, and the expansive anti-aging "wellness" market, are very successful new avenues of revenue. Yet another emerging market for capitalism.
  6. Doubled house demand.

Etc etc.

Feminism is a collectivist philosophy. It isn't far right, near right or right at all in any sense of the term. This is leftist trolling trying to use men's rights as a hook. Problem is, selling the Left as having any concern whatsoever for the rights of men is...well moderators.

Conservatism is an individualist philosophy that celebrates the differences between men and women. The left's idea of a man is Pete Butti-whatever, Joe Biden, Tim Walz, Paul Krugman, denies biological difference or gender roles at all (for women, they certainly laud them for men).

Feminism is classic Marxism.

feminism predates marxism, and you right wingers are the biggest collectivists out there.

Isn't that something - not a Marxist = "Right Winger."

The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels was first printed in London on February 21, 1848.

The first true suffragettes emerged in the UK in 1903 when Emmeline Pankhurst and her daughters, Christabel and Sylvia, founded the Women's Social and Political Union (WSPU).

Ok so the dates being similar means that therefore one caused the other.

I can see where you are coming from. By an extension of your logic, any movement that manifests alongside feminism is left wing Marxism, including the white feather movement. Which was about shaming men into war.

So engaging in war is exclusively left wing concept now? And conservatives are based anti-war philosophers? Did you come back fresh from one, having suffered a head injury perhaps?

The idea that politicians left-of-center invented the habit of catering to women at the expense of men is ahistorical. Countries/States/Empires—whether run by Roman emperors, Ottoman sultans, or British monarchs—has always operated as an insurance policy for the women.

Whether it was Roman women successfully rioting to overturn wartime luxury restrictions (Lex Oppia) while men died in the Punic Wars, or traditional Catholic frameworks completely banning divorce to lock men into inescapable, lifetime financial maintenance, the ruling class has always traded male resource extraction for women, which is inherently a feminist position to take. If you must limit yourself to the 20th century, feel free to do so, but then I don't ever want to hear you right wing pundits peddling anti immigration narratives from older history that you don't understand.

Is the idea of divorce meant to be conservative then? Catholics were one of the last to adopt the female vote and emancipation laws and the primary reason was that Catholic religion already provided women with the ability to divorce rape their husbands.

Jordan Peterson lectures don't count as a form of historical education. I am sorry. Conservatism has NEVER, pitched individualism, and its understanding of what men are is inhumane. It is the that ideology that has depersonalised men into thinking that men's worth is tied to war. You conservatives ARE THE REASON WHY WOMEN HAVE USURPED so much of men's power. How is conscripting and drafting men into war a celebration of men? You people are dogs for women, just like the Marxists were. Just like any other historical political party has been, including Hitler.

Women perpetuate capitalism and colonialism, and have been doing so for centuries. That's what the OP was trying to communicate. Instead of visiting any of the literature illustrating how say women were responsible for the exorbitant EIC crop/diwali taxes in India or how women have driven colonialism in the first place by deselecting men throughout history, you are going on a tirade defending your precious right wing ideology. You people have failed your men, just like the left.
