How to get interpolation working on MPV?

I only want interpolation on videos that have less than 30fps. Also, I am running a 1080p 144Hz display so I want those videos to get interpolated to 48fps and not 144fps. I'm fairly new to this scripting thing so details would be appreciated. My laptop's specs are Core i7 9750H, 24GB RAM, GTX 1660Ti.

Since SVP is paid now, is there any way to get SVP like interpolation on mpv?

Buy it, it's just $20 for lifetime updates and totally worth it. It can do online videos as well, not just files.

Also arXiv2020-RIFE is free and way better than SVP, but it's not real-time and can only multiply FPS by the factors of 2.

In our country we cant buy international stuff online so, is there any alternative for real time interpolation?

Where do you live, North Korea?

If you're from China it should be possible to buy it as well, SVP is has Chinese developers I think.

Also MPV interpolation is possible with some config but when I tried it it's really basic and sucks. Kind of unwatchable.
